Radha Krishnan Vinayagam is a highly skilled Software Engineer with a passion for developing solutions to complex problems. With a strong foundation in algorithms and computer science fundamentals, Radha has worked on numerous projects using a variety of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and Scala. Currently, he is working as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft Azure, where he is part of the Azure Core Platform Availability team. Radha has been with Microsoft for over five years, during which he has held various positions, including Software Engineer and Software Engineer II. In his current role, he has led the development of a V1 service that automates RCA host/VM failures, which has significantly increased Azure's availability and minimized customer impact. Before joining Microsoft, Radha worked as a Graduate Assistant at Virginia Tech, where he developed visualization dashboards for university student data using D3 JavaScript, MicroStrategy API, Python, and Django RESTful development. Radha holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information and Communication Technology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy. He also completed his high school education at Modern Senior Secondary School.
